We met on conference Zoom meeting and signed with her next following day. I wasn't quite ready to list however and over the course of the next 6 months Cindy kept in contact with updates of the area which indicated she was willing to put in the effort and work to not only sell a property but earn the listing. Cindy was very professional connecting with me through email, text and phone, she explained in detail any questions I had about the entire process of selling a property as I'd never done this before. Cindy indicated the usual time line a property in the area sat on the market before we signed a contract and to my surprise she sold it well before the average market time for the area. I have had agents before, but Cindy tops the heap.
